Here is just straight out hell. It's just hot. This is the ultimate metal venue because it's hell. It's even hotter sometimes in hell Fest.

Don't want to find out how fast I love you, but I got a thing going on. Yeah, I'm sick that day, right, and and every other day that is that hot? So what's it like to be here at the Daytona International Speedway. It's awesome, man, I mean we're we're super excited to be here. It's our first Rockville appearance. You happen to beat a lot of our first so that's sweet. Earlier a lots you know, happened Since then, a lot has changed to them. All good. We were getting ready to put out our last EP when we talked. We're already putting out new music posts out. We just signed Fearless Records, so we've got the dirt and say so out on Fearless and yeah, I mean we just got off tour nothing more for like almost two months. It was awesome.

2:29 Yeah. What is that like? Is that they put on a show. Oh yeah, okay, so they gotta be a lot of fun to do a tour with. So much fun. Honestly, it was probably the quickest that we ever just syncd up with an entire package. You know, normally you go out and like it takes like a week to kind of feel people out and like understand who vibes what or whatever. Didn't matter. By the end of the first show, everyone was out hanging out in a big circle, smoking away, drinking beer, all that shit, having a good time. And uh, they're just some some of the most sincere kind people that we ever got a chance to hang out with. And uh yeah we clicked immediately. So much fun and. I lets you have your medical card. You can't talk about smoking weed here? Yeah, totally. Yeah, he's got whatever he needs. Whoever's asking all right?

3:13 Good. Yeah. The tour sick though, I mean nothing more, was great. We were also we have history with Catch Your Breath. We've gone out with them before, so going out with them again was awesome. And then it was the first time meeting Doobie and he's a character of his own, so it was a blast. Man. It's it's it's great starting the year off on such a high. You know, no doubt, no doubt. So what what's your favorite part of the tour. What was your favorite part of the tour. I'm someone have to think. I want to hear your complaints. I know you don't you don't they just never end? Uh, we would. You don't have the time, We don't have. I don't have the lifespan. Uh. But I think my favorite part has always been, uh, the camaraderie. For one.

3:54 I I love spending time with people that I care about, you know. The people I'm the people you meet was gonna be my answer. So we're kind of run the same wavelength? Sure, sure, yeah, that's why I have the mic. But did you. Cheat off of his paper in high school? Too? Yeah? I think for me it is just being able to you know, once you get to a certain like I don't want to see level, But once you there's a certain point in this, this community kind of shrinks. You know, you start to know a little bit about everybody's crew, like, oh I know him from this, Oh you're here, what do you so? Like? My favorite part is when I go on a tour and I don't know one of my besties is gonna be crewing or doing something for a bandit's out and then like I get out the bus, the first day and there's like my ponie or something. I'm like, my god, what's going on?

4:37 Those are my favorite moments on tour. Other than that, I think the fans are just like the reaction to the actual show itself. That's always electric for me, especially being right up front and center, like getting to see the looks on people's faces when like something hits them or like that moment was good for them. I love that. I love that thing. And what about being here at the date to my International Speedway? Is that kind of like, oh my god, Like that's so wild. I'm playing at us at the most famous speedway. I mean, you went from one in that download. Like, I think you should just start a new tour. It's the Speedway Tour. I'm actually from Indianapolis, so you know, it would be sweet as somebody who's born and raised Indiapolis to play it that speedway. So maybe we start something. You could be there. It'll be our first time there, so you'd have to be there, So yeah, there you go.

5:26 For me, it's actually pretty interesting. I was never hugely in a NASCAR or racing or stock racing anything, but a family friend of mine growing up was Matt Kenseth, who is the driver of the du Walt seventeen car. I don't think. Maybe he's retired car. It's been so long. But I used to be babysat by his mom, so I would watch the Daytona five hundred every year and be like, mo, look it's been can say so like that was a big thing for me. Just getta like cart it around just the race track. Me like, oh, this is cool. I used to watch Miami dude do labs around this place. That's wild. Nice. I'm gonna watch him run labs around here later. It's what he likes to do. I want to see it. Let's do it in the middle of the. Aretha e've ben our guitar player, are gonna race? Can you just run laps around the media area so everybody can look at you?

7:36 Yeah, I mean, those are the only thing I gotta make sure I don't get trouble here. Those are the only things that are announced so far. We have a tour coming up later this summer, late summer, early fall that I am extremely excited about. Unfortunately it's an announced yes, so I can't tease you here, but very excited for that. I want, very excited for that. This is the last show before we go off to l a finish our debut record, so that's super exciting. I know Paulie's really excited about that. So yeah, lots of lots of cool shows happening. The only two we can talk about are Incarceration and Louder, so those are gonna be sweet. More shows to be announced and new music. So have you played Louder or Ink?

8:16 Okay, so we have not played Incarceration. We have been lucky, extremely lucky enough to play Louder than Life twice through the space Debra twitch streams, which I don't know if everybody knows who they are, but we won twice, which isn't even alloud anymore, I think because of us. But we won two years in a row. That's it's entirely fan voted. So I got to brag on the fans for that point because obviously we wouldn't have done that without him. And yeah, that's awesome. That's badass. Yeah that is bad. INC is gonna be badass. I tell you something right now about INC. Okay, my daughter over there, she'll always cut she'll always call me before festivals. So, Dad, are you excited about this festival? I'm like, well, I don't know if excited it's the real word. I love doing it, but when you're doing it every weekend, I don't know. Exciting is the word.

9:01 First time I did in several years ago, I called her up from the prison yard. I'm like, I'm calling you from the prison yard of Shawshank Prison. Now I'm excited. And then like, I'm taking pictures in prison and this other artist I didn't know him. He was just sitting there taking pictures and he goes, hey, can you take my picture? And I'll take yours. Look at us, we're fanboying out on Shawshank Prison. Yeah, that's so cool. I can't wait. It's gonna be so much fun. Dude, Well, you know what's cool about it. Okay, I'll give you some intel that'll make it even cooler. Hit us. There's a new prison right next door, and they'll be inmates in the yard. It'll be like, you guys are Johnny Cash playing to so maybe you aught to practice that that song.

Yeah, okay, there's maybe a lot of those in the stage by tide. Right right, and then you gotta do to tour, yeah, because it is cool like and that prison is haunted, you know Waylan Reeves. Yeah, I've heard the name. Yeah, the killer's. Confession and he was in mushroom head So I interviewed him there and he told me about they filmed a video in there's a room in the prison that was considered the torture room. He filmed the video in there and came out which scratches all over his body like bleeding.

And Unfortunately our team knows I'm not busy that day, so there's no getting out of it. Now. Oh yeah, there you go. I don't know which is better. If it's you know, playing with the Daytona Speedway as your background or shawshing Prison as your background, that's. You know, once we've done it, because Sash sounds pretty sick. It is, yeah, I mean, I will say it's the vibes here are sweet with the race track, you have the Palm Trees music player. I mean, this is I hope we can come back here. This is They're all great. All the Danny Wimmer festivals are great.

11:14 Everyone I've been to. And your tattoo look kind of looks like if you were the lead singer of the Descendants. Yeah, because it kind of looks like yeah, yeah, tell you. I know it's not, but I'm looking at it. I'm like, that's almost the Descendants but not. Yeah, a real big fan of Memphis may fire so mad, but this is like, this is so I got this tattoo before I started this band, and like I was like, there's no way that he would ever see this this. I'm safe, We're good, We're fine. I guess our first big tour was with Memphis May Fire, Sweetest, one of the most entertaining. Yeah, I bought him a lego set.
