So my question is, if we were to throw that cat off of my balcony, we would and do that? Would it land on its feet? I mean, what's the threshold? Does anybody know the threshold of how they can fall without smashing into the ground.

The abuse was never proven, and if it was proven, wait. A minute, how can you prove abuse years later? And everybody turned a blind eye because they thought that was acceptable to do to children.
