1
00:00:04.360 --> 00:00:07.639
Hey, you lunto censure.

2
00:00:08.759 --> 00:00:20.640
W SE wow, crazy young. This is the pipe Man

3
00:00:20.760 --> 00:00:23.559
here on the Adventures pipe Man W four c Y Radio,

4
00:00:23.600 --> 00:00:24.039
and I'm.

5
00:00:23.920 --> 00:00:25.839
Here with Attack Attack.

6
00:00:26.239 --> 00:00:28.239
That's right. I like how you said it. That was

7
00:00:28.359 --> 00:00:30.920
cool with it. That's why I have bands do it.

8
00:00:32.000 --> 00:00:34.200
Bands do it way cooler than I do, and then

9
00:00:34.280 --> 00:00:37.679
I don't fuck it up. He's right there you go.

10
00:00:38.359 --> 00:00:43.200
So I understand you did a country set here at

11
00:00:43.280 --> 00:00:44.320
Louder in Life, right.

12
00:00:45.200 --> 00:00:47.200
Yeah, yeah, definitely, yeah, totally.

13
00:00:47.840 --> 00:00:51.079
You actually played Burbon and Beyond last week your country set,

14
00:00:51.159 --> 00:00:53.079
and then you played here at Louder Than the Lone. Yeah.

15
00:00:53.079 --> 00:00:54.920
We brought off the banjos and it was crazy.

16
00:00:55.079 --> 00:00:57.679
Yeah. So I want to know if your one hit

17
00:00:57.799 --> 00:01:00.600
wonder is something to do with like your rock and

18
00:01:01.159 --> 00:01:02.320
alcohol and women.

19
00:01:02.960 --> 00:01:05.400
Definitely could be. Yeah, depending on how you look at it.

20
00:01:06.040 --> 00:01:08.879
Dog's dying, Red truck, Big old dog.

21
00:01:09.920 --> 00:01:12.879
Don't forget the red Solo cup, right, you need that.

22
00:01:13.640 --> 00:01:15.519
You should, That's what you should do. You should make

23
00:01:15.719 --> 00:01:17.840
merch that a red solo cup.

24
00:01:18.079 --> 00:01:20.159
It's like the Crown jewel, right, it is the red

25
00:01:20.200 --> 00:01:20.840
Solo Cup.

26
00:01:20.920 --> 00:01:24.719
I like that. So I do remember that whole joke

27
00:01:24.840 --> 00:01:27.480
that you guys pulled and that was funny at shit

28
00:01:27.560 --> 00:01:32.040
because everybody really believed it and they got upset. That's

29
00:01:32.079 --> 00:01:35.480
what I was gonna say. They got so upset with it.

30
00:01:35.680 --> 00:01:37.560
Oh my god, that was great.

31
00:01:37.959 --> 00:01:40.200
We've always said what'sel would make a great villain?

32
00:01:40.359 --> 00:01:41.599
Yeah, so we turn them into one.

33
00:01:41.799 --> 00:01:45.760
There you go. Great. Yep, So we gonna do for

34
00:01:45.840 --> 00:01:48.519
your next trick, like do you do that shit all

35
00:01:48.560 --> 00:01:48.840
the time.

36
00:01:48.959 --> 00:01:52.719
A magician never reveals ex secrets exactly.

37
00:01:53.079 --> 00:01:56.120
But you're dressing it up. You got the bass, pro shops,

38
00:01:56.680 --> 00:01:59.359
he's got the brooks and done. I think you should

39
00:01:59.439 --> 00:02:03.280
just want time get up on stage and do a

40
00:02:03.359 --> 00:02:06.040
whole country set and just let people look up at go.

41
00:02:07.000 --> 00:02:09.840
We did talk about doing something like that where Wetzel

42
00:02:09.879 --> 00:02:11.560
comes up on stage with his whole get up and

43
00:02:11.639 --> 00:02:14.000
we start that version of dance and then the rest

44
00:02:14.039 --> 00:02:15.759
of us run up there and be like no, no, no, no,

45
00:02:15.879 --> 00:02:17.439
what are you doing? Do you get out of here?

46
00:02:17.520 --> 00:02:19.000
And then he changes real quick, and then we start

47
00:02:19.039 --> 00:02:20.120
to say we did talk about it.

48
00:02:20.159 --> 00:02:20.560
I like it.

49
00:02:20.680 --> 00:02:23.560
We give him the vaudeville hook right right from back

50
00:02:23.599 --> 00:02:25.199
in the day. Come on, buddy, get.

51
00:02:25.159 --> 00:02:28.080
I love it. I love it. So yeah, you're finishing

52
00:02:28.199 --> 00:02:32.120
your tour right here at Louder Than Life. And what

53
00:02:32.199 --> 00:02:34.240
I always want to know from a band, is it

54
00:02:34.479 --> 00:02:38.400
better to finish the tour at festival or is it like, oh,

55
00:02:39.639 --> 00:02:41.759
we just want to finish the tour now we gotta

56
00:02:41.840 --> 00:02:46.479
do a festival. Well it first off, it depends on

57
00:02:46.560 --> 00:02:47.159
the festival.

58
00:02:47.280 --> 00:02:50.080
But here at Louder than Life is an excellent way

59
00:02:50.120 --> 00:02:52.479
to end the tour on a high note. Everybody's there,

60
00:02:52.560 --> 00:02:54.759
they're partying, we're having a good time, we're meeting people,

61
00:02:54.960 --> 00:02:55.599
we're having fun.

62
00:02:55.960 --> 00:02:59.919
And this is your first time at louder Yes, that's correct. Okay,

63
00:03:00.039 --> 00:03:03.800
you've done other Wimmer festivals, Yeah, how does this one compare?

64
00:03:04.120 --> 00:03:06.280
I have never been to Allowder than Life before or

65
00:03:06.319 --> 00:03:10.719
played one, obviously, but I seriously underestimated this. I think

66
00:03:11.360 --> 00:03:13.800
all of Wimmer's festivals are fantastic, don't get me wrong,

67
00:03:13.919 --> 00:03:16.000
but coming in here and then seeing the amount of

68
00:03:16.000 --> 00:03:19.039
people who are here is it's unbelievable.

69
00:03:19.039 --> 00:03:22.120
The loud bouths take shit, seriously. That's right, I'm telling you.

70
00:03:22.360 --> 00:03:26.080
They opened gates at ten Wimmer festivals. Never do that, right,

71
00:03:26.560 --> 00:03:29.520
because so many people were gonna be coming in.

72
00:03:30.080 --> 00:03:32.080
Yeah, they flooded in and it's crazy out there.

73
00:03:32.520 --> 00:03:35.560
And then the amuseum park, like, how cool is that?

74
00:03:35.719 --> 00:03:36.960
Yeah, I didn't know that there was gonna be an

75
00:03:37.000 --> 00:03:38.400
amusement park aspect to this too.

76
00:03:39.159 --> 00:03:40.240
I love it.

77
00:03:40.400 --> 00:03:43.080
I love roller coasters. And our buses parked right by

78
00:03:43.159 --> 00:03:45.159
the roller coaster. So I'm watching it and I'm gonna

79
00:03:45.159 --> 00:03:47.000
hop the fence. I was like, ah, I was like,

80
00:03:47.039 --> 00:03:48.520
I want to get on, but if I did right

81
00:03:48.560 --> 00:03:50.240
now after we got done playing, I was like, I

82
00:03:50.319 --> 00:03:51.439
probably wouldn't do so hot.

83
00:03:51.680 --> 00:03:53.120
Right There'll be some coasters you.

84
00:03:53.080 --> 00:03:56.599
Should have probably played from the roller coaster. How cool

85
00:03:56.599 --> 00:03:56.879
would that?

86
00:03:57.159 --> 00:03:58.000
That's a sick idea.

87
00:03:58.280 --> 00:04:00.879
And then I'm gotta show you something from last week

88
00:04:00.960 --> 00:04:04.960
when you guys played your country set. I gotta find it,

89
00:04:05.120 --> 00:04:07.599
but I'll talk while I find it. But you're gonna

90
00:04:07.719 --> 00:04:11.080
die over this picture. You're lucky to be here this

91
00:04:11.280 --> 00:04:14.080
week after this picture. But what I do want to

92
00:04:14.159 --> 00:04:17.519
say is like I want to ask out Danny Wimmer

93
00:04:17.920 --> 00:04:21.879
treats artists. How do you feel Danny Wimmer treats you

94
00:04:21.959 --> 00:04:23.600
got that's a ten festivals.

95
00:04:23.720 --> 00:04:26.439
Just it caters to the artists and you feel comfortable

96
00:04:26.959 --> 00:04:29.000
and you don't really have to like search for a

97
00:04:29.040 --> 00:04:29.399
whole lot.

98
00:04:29.480 --> 00:04:31.360
It's they take care of you from start to finish.

99
00:04:31.920 --> 00:04:34.279
Yeah, the attention to detail, snacks in the green room,

100
00:04:34.360 --> 00:04:36.560
I really thought of everything and to make it as

101
00:04:36.639 --> 00:04:39.279
convenient and as easy as possible for us.

102
00:04:39.240 --> 00:04:41.319
To get around and to do our jobs.

103
00:04:41.480 --> 00:04:43.120
So I really appreciate them.

104
00:04:43.920 --> 00:04:47.040
And see I love hearing that. In sixteen years of

105
00:04:47.160 --> 00:04:50.560
doing Wimmen festivals, I've never heard anybody say an artist

106
00:04:50.600 --> 00:04:53.040
say anything bad about wimmor And that's rare.

107
00:04:53.160 --> 00:04:53.879
As good as it gets.

108
00:04:54.600 --> 00:04:59.120
Yeah, it's usually loaded soundcheck. It's so stressful and then

109
00:04:59.160 --> 00:05:01.040
by time you get up on stage and it's like

110
00:05:01.160 --> 00:05:04.079
you're all stressed out here. You can like just be

111
00:05:04.319 --> 00:05:07.360
chill and then give us the best performing Curtis.

112
00:05:08.800 --> 00:05:11.240
The DVP fest are just like st here. They're like

113
00:05:11.360 --> 00:05:13.920
the best ones. They set the standard for sure.

114
00:05:14.079 --> 00:05:20.040
No doubt. So that was last week. That's that Ferris

115
00:05:20.120 --> 00:05:21.000
wheel right there.

116
00:05:21.680 --> 00:05:24.560
Now, I see why Cameron doesn't like the heights right right,

117
00:05:24.639 --> 00:05:25.920
you just want to get struck by lightning.

118
00:05:26.720 --> 00:05:29.879
I'll tell you another funny story that happened. We have

119
00:05:30.120 --> 00:05:36.560
no audience, mister Joey Sturgis, come on in, Yeah, say

120
00:05:36.600 --> 00:05:37.120
hello joe.

121
00:05:37.399 --> 00:05:39.079
Hello people of the Internet.

122
00:05:41.680 --> 00:05:42.639
Love it legend.

123
00:05:43.040 --> 00:05:46.040
So I got great story for you too. Last night,

124
00:05:46.160 --> 00:05:49.240
I was going to see Hollywood Undead, so I went

125
00:05:49.439 --> 00:05:53.000
through with my friends from Dead. We went through Artists,

126
00:05:53.480 --> 00:05:57.360
caught a shuttle, went over to Dead, and then on

127
00:05:57.480 --> 00:06:00.240
the way back there was this girl there. We had

128
00:06:00.360 --> 00:06:03.600
no clue how to get back here, and so we're like, yeah,

129
00:06:03.800 --> 00:06:06.120
just come with us, and I got friendly with her.

130
00:06:06.199 --> 00:06:10.000
She was cool. Turns out she's why your guests. It

131
00:06:10.120 --> 00:06:15.639
turns out she lives like five minutes from me. Whoa, yeah,

132
00:06:15.839 --> 00:06:22.040
trip Jaden. She's got like reddish hair. He's shaking his head.

133
00:06:23.360 --> 00:06:25.680
Oh you know, yeah yeah, Cameron.

134
00:06:26.920 --> 00:06:30.920
Yeah, So it was funny. She's like, oh yeah, attack Attack,

135
00:06:30.959 --> 00:06:33.160
And I'm like, oh yeah, I'm talking to them tomorrow. Cool.

136
00:06:35.240 --> 00:06:38.319
Oh well you guys rule man and thank you. I

137
00:06:38.399 --> 00:06:43.399
want to hear about what made you come back, what

138
00:06:43.600 --> 00:06:47.199
made you make this new great music, and how it's

139
00:06:47.279 --> 00:06:49.560
being received. Fucked with them.

140
00:06:49.680 --> 00:06:51.000
We're just out here having a good time.

141
00:06:51.160 --> 00:06:52.959
We want to bring an element of fun to our

142
00:06:53.079 --> 00:06:56.480
music and to our live shows obviously, so we're just

143
00:06:56.560 --> 00:06:58.759
out here, we're doing it, we're laughing, we're having a

144
00:06:58.800 --> 00:06:59.199
good time.

145
00:06:59.839 --> 00:07:02.600
I want to hear from him what he has.

146
00:07:02.759 --> 00:07:05.319
Yeah, Joey, let's hear about it. Yeah, what do you

147
00:07:05.360 --> 00:07:05.759
have to say?

148
00:07:05.920 --> 00:07:09.439
What's will? Send me a demo on the email and

149
00:07:09.560 --> 00:07:11.399
it was amazing, and I was like, I want to

150
00:07:11.480 --> 00:07:13.160
make the song and he wanted me to make it too.

151
00:07:14.560 --> 00:07:21.040
So we both made love musically musical love, consensual music love.

152
00:07:21.600 --> 00:07:23.680
Were you doing it to country music?

153
00:07:24.360 --> 00:07:28.720
No, this is before that whole fiasco, which I encouraged

154
00:07:28.759 --> 00:07:29.319
by the way.

155
00:07:29.759 --> 00:07:32.079
I loved it. I thought it was the greatest thing

156
00:07:32.160 --> 00:07:33.360
ever man like that it was.

157
00:07:34.160 --> 00:07:36.600
I love the fact that crabcre is a word that

158
00:07:36.759 --> 00:07:40.920
people understand is insane, and you should use that to

159
00:07:41.079 --> 00:07:43.920
your advantage for as long as it'll last.

160
00:07:44.720 --> 00:07:46.839
Maybe you should make up a new one now, like

161
00:07:46.959 --> 00:07:51.199
call it like oystercore or something. What's the allergy?

162
00:07:51.399 --> 00:07:56.160
The shell shell fish? Shellfish shellfish core, That's what it is.

163
00:07:56.240 --> 00:07:58.759
That's what you guys are. And now what I want

164
00:07:58.800 --> 00:08:02.480
you all to do is make your best shellfish sound.

165
00:08:03.600 --> 00:08:08.759
Oh, we're gonna do it, do it right now, clicking

166
00:08:08.839 --> 00:08:09.279
it crack.

167
00:08:10.639 --> 00:08:12.079
I don't know, I feel like the shelfing they go,

168
00:08:12.160 --> 00:08:15.519
they go like right, or like that was little that

169
00:08:15.720 --> 00:08:16.360
was perfect?

170
00:08:17.000 --> 00:08:17.279
You know that?

171
00:08:18.319 --> 00:08:20.040
And that's why we're going shellfish.

172
00:08:19.639 --> 00:08:22.079
Core after this. There you go. You heard it here

173
00:08:22.279 --> 00:08:25.519
on the Avengers and Pipe Man. They're officially now shellfish

174
00:08:25.560 --> 00:08:28.759
corps were changing there. They're all gonna dress up on

175
00:08:28.959 --> 00:08:33.440
stage as different types of shellfishes, crustaceans, that's yes. And

176
00:08:34.159 --> 00:08:36.919
they're gonna play Haba the Gila.

177
00:08:38.519 --> 00:08:41.200
Yeah, that's actually perfect right there, it is.

178
00:08:41.639 --> 00:08:44.600
We came up with the whole new that's the next thing.

179
00:08:44.639 --> 00:08:46.799
That's the next thing. Yeah. See at the next festival.

180
00:08:46.840 --> 00:08:49.080
We got to get him in the studio, right, let's

181
00:08:49.159 --> 00:08:49.360
do it.

182
00:08:49.799 --> 00:08:50.679
He's got the ideas.

183
00:08:51.399 --> 00:08:53.639
Anything else you want to tell the listeners before we

184
00:08:53.759 --> 00:08:58.759
