Pipeman talks about how he has been in Europe for most of June and eating some crap food all month but felt so much better than in the United States, but he sets Sara up to talk about iodine and how people think we should remove it from out diet, but thar’s not the case.
Sara explains how a lot more toxins are let into our foods in the US, so we think we’re getting nutrients but our gut is being ripped apart by these toxins.
In regards to the iodine, Sara explains we have iodine receptors in every cell in our body, not just the thyroid like people think. She even tells us that mental retardation is linked to low iodine levels in children.
Asking yourself these questions may suggest whether you have an iodine deficiency; are you overweight, or underweight? Suffer from chronic fatigue,, especially when you wake up? how long does it really take you to get outta bed?
