Steve Vai jokes about telling people he uses a fan on stage to keep his hair blowing in the wind and looking cool when really it’s to prevent his hands from getting sweaty and potentially harming his performance.
Steve Vai also speaks about the spirit of his new record and how it’s based on the combination of this point in his career whilst being uplifting and a break that people need from their daily lives. Steve Vai mentions how the inspiration comes from when he fell in love with the guitar when he was younger and how his ability to play and interest in playing just grew and grew over the years. Steve Vai states that the record is uniquely him and feels good.
