They were these orange folders that had like sports stuff on it, and you would just draw all the band logos everywhere on them in class while you were supposed to be doing work. Yeah, exactly. And Slayer at this at the point I started this, they didn't even have a patch yet. So I got these velvet letters and I was in l A and they were and people thought it was a gang banger and that was my gang name, Slayer. Not a not a bad gang banger name to have, I know.

We're like, we wonder what this group is and then I don't know, there's a lot of campsite stories that we heard about. I joke, I joke with the guys, I'm like, during our set, I'm gonna say something to reference that, because I feel like there's a lot of people that need to.

I think they're gonna reopen this place and uh put some of these people away. Well, they already have some of the old inmates in there, but you might not want to run into them. Yeah, I've heard it. I heard it's haunted. It is definitely haunted, Railing whiling revis of you know, a killer's confession and mushroom ed. He told me that he filmed the video in there in the torture room, and he came out and had scratched his eyes body that we're bleeding. Nobody was in the room.

Yeah, how cool is it to fucking half short Shank as the backdrop of your set? No, it's sick. Trevor actually just told us a couple of days ago that he watched Shawshank for the first time. That's wild. I know I'm a little behind, but it's all right. We got there. Don't feel bad. There's a media person here, okay. Yeah. They were gonna go on me on the tour and we asked them, do you know about shaw Shank the movie? No, never saw it, And I said to him, well, you better after the festival tonight go and watch it, because you can't go on the tour without watching the movie, Like you wouldn't even know what's going on.

Actually, a few people I had told them that we're playing at INC and I was like, yeah, it's a reformatory and they're like, oh, you're playing in the prison. I was like no, I mean like out in the yard. But they thought it was like a similar situation. I'm like, man, I wish that'd be that'd be pretty cool. How fucking cool would that? Yeah? What would be Eve the Core if you did it down in the basement where all the ghosts are and they're your audience. That actually sounds like some of our first few shows. No, I'm just kidding.

Get some kind of medium and bring his ghost to do the show. Please. Do we need some holy divers out here? I know, right, he is on point, right. I'm trying. I'm trying. So well, you guys, how are you going to top this. Oh yeah, I don't think. Yeah, I don't think there is topping this. I feel like we just have to keep doing as many Danny Wimmer shows as we can.

We played Louder than Life last year, as I talked to you then, Yeah, and this is our this is our second Danny Wimmer and we're looking forward to hopefully more. Okay, so let's compare which do you like better? I don't know, man, they're both pretty cool. Like Louder was sprawling, it was huge, all right, I'll I'll let the rest of the guys answer. So, I mean, I kind. Of dig this one just because the whole backdrop, but the prison is, uh, it's different, it's unique. I like, I don't know, I'm kind of different, Like I like having fewer stages and then I don't know, everything just feels more close knit and everything, and I don't know, it's pretty cool.

7:23 So I like both. Yeah, I'm not to go with this one. The camaraderie here, everybody's just real tight in here, and everything's closer together, so it just brings everybody naturally together. This has been crazy. Nice and I feel like, I didn't realize this until so I came here last year just as a spectator. Guess what we're getting? How spit code red? Fucking every festival I do, it's code red. Three out of four days at Rockdale Rock Belt code red. So now real quick, tell them everything else you need people to know.
