So fight Man, I'm four C. Why do com list Palm Beach's number one internet radio station. Here's your host, the fight Man, Come midst the pipe Man here on the Adventures. Pipe Man w four C Y Radio And I'm in the pipe jeep because I'm on my way on the Adventure to Welcome to Rockville when the festivals that we promote and we're going to do radio coverage.
14 Four just left the hair salon. Uh so we got news there and I was extremely rude to my pipe nuts before going on because this is like a last minute thing. I ran out a time, So we're gonna take the drive up there together and let's bring the pipe nuts on. So I didn't even pay attention really to you. You people were lucky too, you know. I literally I had just left the hair salon, went and pat and packed the pipe jeep and got on the road literally together with you and my listener family as well. So everybody take a turn and tell us what's happened in your past week of adventures. Let's start with Rebel. Oh well, let's see, this past week of adventures has proven the justice system in the United States is walky, messed up and totally out of you know, proportion. So there's going to be some wonderful things coming of that. And that's been consuming time when I'm not at work, Rachel, Rachel, my pellets have been wearing off and it's driving me crazy, and so so I
44 get hormone pellets put in my catush and they last for three months and when they start to wear off, you feel crazy. So you catch me and like Fanning, I'm having a hot splash. I just want to rip everything off. I'm going nuts, and it makes you feel cuckoo. I mean, you know, can't brain fog everything. Did you do that on purpose? You know? Because it's my health awareness. It happens to be mental awareness months. But what's funny is I'm playing off of it, but it's coming out really well, like real easy, you know what I mean? Like Friday, I get more pellets and I cannot wait because I you know, everything will make more sense. And it's just I don't know. You say pellets, I just think of a hamster cage. You know what.
32 Guys can get them too, and I get testosterone. You know, you know what else guys can get? Pearls? Do you know what a pearl is? Does anybody on this show know what a pearl is? Pearl? Necklace? No? No, just a straight out pearl, No necklace, just a pearl, I am. Could it possibly be things that are inserted to make uh like the rim effects naturally? Uh ding ding ding. You are absolutely correct. It started as an ancient Asian therapy, but now it's very predominant in the US penal system. Yeah, because when you get in there, like I guess somebody's bunky will take a rusty razor blade and h and slice a flap on your ppe and then stick and they file down like a toothbrush, or where are we going with this? And they insert that's what are they insert it into your penis? Yes? Why, it's kind of like getting a piercing, you know. It's like one of those uh ah, like what does this dude? Does this give women more pleasure to
03 have? Like a well, that's what they say, but you know these guys doing it. Okay, they're in prison for like ten twenty years. Okay, so I don't know what women are going to pleasure in that twenty years. So wow, Okay, maybe it's for a different type of sex. Oh okay, so you just you know, right? Who know? Or maybe it's with a correctional officer a female. Here you go with this question though, wouldn't it make it difficult if you're stroking something? Does that thing move around when you're you know, I don't know. I just I just know. It's like a badge of honor. You don't start. It's like tattoos, you don't stop at just one. Like I knew this dude had eighteen of them. Shut up, y, it's a friend of yours.
04 What do you mean you knew this dude? Oh? Oh, somebody from like the music industry and like yeah, and uh yeah, basically I think it kind of looks like chicken pox. Ew. So the question is a mental health awareness one, h are, there's a good question. Actually, you know, piercings, tattoos, those kind of implants, because that's what it is, it's an implant. They play a role in your mental health, either in influence you to make those decisions or once you make those decisions, do they do something for your mental health? I mean good or bad? Well, I can honestly say, does anybody here have tattoos?
57 I do not. You're the only one. I'm the only one. Okay, So for that question, yes, I do have them. Before I put anything on my body, I make sure that it's I know that it's permanent. It's all right. So you could probably try to cover it up, but once you put it on there, it's kind of there. No matter how you try to cover it up or remove it, you're gonna spend a lot of money on it. For the most part. You better make sure that you are actually wanting this, think about it for long. See's and that's why I don't get it at all. That's why I would not because I can't think of one thing that I could do today that when I'm eighty, I can promise myself I'm still gonna like it. Like that's like saying when I was five, I decided on like something, and then my age of fifty, I'm gonna be like, oh, you'll be like eighty years old with like hot girl summer. Right. The thing is that I have on me I will still appreciate no matter how old I am, because everything that I I have three tattoos in total, and they all mean something.
07 One of them is on my hand right here. If you're holding a motorcycle, motorcycles, if you're holding the controllers of the motorcycle. Yeah, a friend of ours was killed in a motorcycle accident, so I have a little foot, so yeah, that will be always. I'm going to get a bear part print right there because I have another friend that was killed in a motorcycle accident, so then is going to be there. I have a I have a vampire bite on my neck. You can't. That's interesting. I love it. I like that. Hi, man, what did you say? We didn't hear you. Man on the screen's kind of gone well while we wait for him to you know, come back. He might have had a bumping and rod on his road trip. And the other tattoo I have is on my ankle. It's it goes around my ankle. It's different things. I have a heart with a Confederate flag that offends a lot of people, and it's certain because does it mean what you think it means.
15 I have a black widow spider and they're all linked together. There's a heart, there's a black widowed spider, and there's a heart with wings. They're linked together with skull and crossbones. That will always mean something to me. I will never regret. I didn't put anything on me that I would ever regret because I knew it was permanent. So if anybody's thinking about getting a tongue, to think long and hard, because it's with you for the rest of your life and you're paid for it, so why waste your money. I'm thinking long and hard, but it's not about that very true, but yeah I would. And as far as is it a mental health thing, some people, you I'll see people that are all teed it up. Well, they enjoy that the pleasure pain. You also have to look at how tattoos have evolved over the years. Right, because it used to be that tattoo people with tattoos were only like prison people, people who like kill people, or gang like symbols. And now it's an art form, like your skin is a canvas. They'd seen more as an art form than you know, related to like gangs and criminal activity. Absolutely, you know, I think people have evolved a little bit because it was thought of, oh, it's only for you know, the lesser of the status of people. Some people won't get things because of their religious values or whatever. I think we
50 have evolved a little bit, and that goes to show that mental health is an evolution in general, because people are using seeing things in a different light and using different methods to help with you know, the way to do things. Hey, you're back, can you hear us? Oh but man can't read lips. Baby, No, you're not getting in the audio audio audio? Sorry, Okay, how about that? Yeah? Yes, how about now? Yeah? So you know what happened is you guys started standing like chipmunks to me that bigger thing I had the back, had the back out and come back in because rebel, you said, like a chipmunk, and I gotta tell you something. Okay, Let Bond. We didn't get you to tell us your story for this week, but I gotta tell you it's eighty seven degrees outside one hundred. Humility probably liked, yeah, it's probably like one hundred and fifty and like cheap up there, and uh and then uh so I'm gonna put the air on. Okay, So I have to ask everyone watching out there, did y'all do the same thing I didn't?
24 When the camera fell? Were you looking to see if the anchorman had pants on? I don't. All right, let's run it back in slow motion. I'm serious. Like there, everybody used to have the suspicion like judgings and anger people, anybody who sits behind the desk gets on camera or you know, can be seen by lots of people. They only dressed from top up. They made when everybody went to remote work, and you can only see on you know, on his doom calls that you're only seeing this much. So everybody's wondering what are you wearing under there? So when that camera fell, how many of you were looking around to see what you're willing to see? Yeah? Well, I'm pretty sure you sure? I don't know.
18 It's it's a long drive. It might have been a little wark. It's long drive, it was hot. He had to do what he had to do. He's probably wearing shorts. He probably had leather scenes and he let the boys breathe. That's what happened. Yeah, I'll screen capture it for the only thing. There you go, There, you go, absolutely so one on your turn. What's been going on with you for this week related to mental health? Not much. My mental health has always pretty much been the same. I did a week about a week ago, I did. However, I guess I twisted my back and my sleep and he still hurts. So I guess I'm getting into that age where like everything just the pain won't go away. Wait a minute, aren't you in your twenties.
09 That's the sad part where Pason you're saying they're starting to hurt. Oh my, I'm older than you and things aren't starting to Wait. Am I the youngest one here? Of course? Yeah? Absolutely. I mean we've already talked about me going to mana pause. I'm like, yeah, yeah, I thought you said you were taking a pause from men. Uh huh, Oh, probably it would be a good idea. Probably would I would give you that advice Rachel. Yeah, pause, take a pause, take a break. I'll do it for you, guys. Take a pause. From family. Yeah, it's from family. I've been doing that for years, taking up cause from family. Well, not the family below me, but the family lateral to me. Gotcha, m hm. So I have I have family members that nobody knows about. Wow, wow kids, they might be might be my cousins might So tell us, tell us about SunFest?
33 Did you did you go to the SunFest? Oh? Yeah, So I'm glad you brought that up, because suns was absolutely cool. You know, a different vibe than Rockville because you know, you got the the reggae vibe going on, which Ike dig and the kind of like nineties alternative vibe. So that's cool, and then enters the country vibe and you like all of the music. So I mean, like, you know, talking about how music affects your mental health, how did when you were out there, there wasn't any kind of music that made you go eh it no what it is it is, no matter what music it is. If it's live music, I don't care what music it is. Yeah, I get that. I think it makes you feel like you're going somewhere else. Yeah, And I think it makes you feel like, you know, you don't have to think about anything else, just be there in the moment. And I think it's the music is some of the best therapy there is in yeah right. I think it's the best therapy for the artist and for us as the listeners, because the artists, it's like it's cathartic. They get to get stuff out of them and express they get these said, the drama, the mental health issues, all that stuff out of them and then okay, So for us we get to either relate to those lyrics and disappear somewhere else, or we
08 just we're monk's family. When you're at a music festival, you're a monk's family, like the crowd is your family. And I think if we didn't, if we add live music all through that COVID lockdown, I think that people might have not been so angry, not been so depressed that, you know, because look at what happened. There's a perfect example of how music plays a role because during that time there was no live music, and people were games severely depressed. People were getting angry. There's no outlet like music is an outlet yeah, it is, but people are social people. People are meant to be social. They're not meant to be cased up, so that that causes major issues in a lot of people that I enjoyed it, who I had done. I was just saying, I think it depends on what people you're talking about. Yeah, yeah, you're around a partner.
14 Can you imagine going through a marriage, like a bad marriage during that time and being like killing Yeah, it would suck. There's another example of mental health because there's different types of people. So the introverts thrived during that time. Right, I did it. I was like, this is there. I have no problem with this. This is fun. Yeah, I get that, and I mean I'm I like to consider myself an introvert extrovert, but definitely my introverted side was enjoying it. I never left for six months. Yeah you know, there's actually a word for what you are and an oh yeah. There's another example of mental health because we have a lot of these terms that make people feel better because they I think they feel like they understand themselves better because there's something specific to them instead of generic to everybody.
15 Yeah, but that goes to finding why does everybody need a title, and why do you need why do you need to find a place? Yeah, you know my viewpoint on that. I hate labels, like I don't want to be I don't want a label, even in genres, even in music, like you don't need to put a label on it. Okay, if that's the point of even what you're saying before you know what kind of music at SunFest, I don't care. It's still a great place to have fun, escape life, escape any mental because listen, we all have mental anguish about something at some point in our lives. We yes, every everybody goes through something. You don't go through life without you know, a little bit of and if you I mean in the industry that I've been in for many years, it's almost like today's today, it's not. And we'll see how Bond feels about this since he's from the younger generation. But you know, I grew up in a time where I was listening to stuff like Tony Robbins, and that's what got through me all the bad shit. And you know the same thing now. And I find that sometimes the younger people they don't like that because they want to express the how they feel about their mental health.
41 And they feel today and nobody's right or wrong, but they feel today that that's their way. Their coping skill. To me, my coping skill was always to look towards positive, optimistic things and take those bad scenarios internal to adventure, the adventures of man. So, where are you off to? Where are you? You're in the car, where are you going? Wow, we're going to welcome to Rockville right now? You're taking us? Well, you're you're gonna swing by and pick us up. No, I don't think we're welcome there. Everybody's welcome, welcome to rock except for the coussins right right? So where and where is this at? Where they loved your hot somebody loves your hat rebels? Well, of course you're gonna We did some pretty good picking for the draft. Well, we did some pretty questionable things for the draft. NFL draft. It was nice, but you could see some mental issues going on with that draft. I tell you, oh, it's a fourth quarterback when you're still paying the one you let go more money. We ain't gonna go there. It sounds to me like you have mental issues over it. What are what are your coping skills? Rebel
15 as I do I listen to music. What is my coping skills creating things like what I grab anything? Do you feel if you were at a music festival that it would help you with your mental health or it with great war anxiety, anguish or anything like that. Well, it depends where someone sticks me in this. Uh. I don't think anybody would be sticking you. But no, no, no, I'm talking about when he stuck me in that mosh pit area. That created a lot of anxiety. Social anxiety again, No, not social anxiety, anxiety like oh my god, I'm gonna get beat him. But I don't think that's anxiety. I think that's just fear. You didn't think you were gonna die, Rebel. I don't think it was gonna die. I felt like I was maybe had to hurt somebody a thing. You know, did anything more than they did to me?
17 Yeah? I mean you dated, you dated a member of the KKK. I don't. I don't think a mashpid would be that to you, right specific I didn't date the guy. We were seeing each other, but not you know, yeah I did. You know what you're saying is so what you're saying is what you're saying is when you say, you guys saw each other like, was he always wearing the hood or did you actually get to see his face? I did see his face. I never seen him in any kind of conda. His condom look like a hood head. I did not sleep with him, only you know, did the other things. So there was no there was no what other things did you do with the KKK And what kind of mental effect has it been on your mental health? Ever since? It's been more of a mental health with you talking about it.
26 Ever, when I found out his affiliation with that, you know, that group, I don't know what you want to call him with that club group whatever. When I found out, right when I found out his affiliation with that, I cut off ties to him. I know you should have cut something else off, Bob, it is not my name, okay, So Rebbi, I would have told you to keep doing so we can infiltrate KKK eliminate them. Well you would. You were already on enemy territory. I was on the inside. Can you reach out literally inside? Can you reach out to this person now today? No? I totally lost touch with him, totally lost such He actually moved out of the state and moved up north.
32 So I haven't. I haven't spoken to him for over twenty years. Okay, well go on, classmates dot com. I am over twenty years. How old were you when you were involved with him? And more importantly, how old was he? Right in your twenties? How old was he? He was old? Definite? Oh wow, I get it now. So he was like the grand wizard Huba he was up there. He was not a grand wizard. He was a red something, red dragon. I don't know what you call it. I don't know there the rebel was seduced by his power. I didn't know he was even affiliated with that group.
30 What I mean rebel? Y'all are getting me a hard time by my cousin. Yeah, I know, Like, what does it tell me about your mental stability if you're willing to do that with the cake again? In her? Did he not know with the group? And let's get back to Rachel. You know, so she brought up the cousin. We're not talking about that anymore. What does that tell us about your mental health? Well, we already know my mental health is challenged the place. Yeah, it's been all over the place. Yeah, you know, Yeah, I don't want to talk about it. Past oh boy, oh boy. Whoa, that's a scoop right there. So speaking of what you're asking me for, let's go back to SunFest for a second. But to answer your question, I'm on my way from what's meach to Daytona Peach. I'm gonna be driving on the Daytona International Speedway, like literally driving on it. It's so freaking cool.
47 And you know it's funny because when you're there the wall, you never imagined this on TV. The wall is like straight up and down. So I asked one year, a couple of years ago, I asked the person right media, I'm like, hey, I got my skateboard and the jeep. Will I get in trouble if I go take my skateboard and ride up on the wall. So I got my skateboard this time too. Give it. What was the answer they gave you about riding that skateboard on the wall? What was what? What was the answer they gave you about riding a skateboard on the wall? Probably no, which means he's gonna do it.
33 I brought it again. I'm ready. Probably no this year when you tell the pipe man, probably know what that means. Yes, I listen talking about mental health. That's my mental health. It's like, I'm gonna persist until I succeed. So you know what, one year you ask and they say yes, So I don't focus on the no. It doesn't hurt to but you know, I don't think the rules are going to change. But you know, you know, you never persistance. But if I decide it's my final festival ever, yeah, then I don't care, and then my boes on my own time and then we'll go to the festivals. So going back to SunFest though, Man, SunFest we was pretty cool. It was two and a half days. First day was Billy Idol and quiet right oh wow, yeah, yeah, that's cool, and then uh uh oh and there was a lot of hip hop there too. Really in that one of the band type interviewed, okay, okay, how about it? Yeah, and this is your Q one that's why your cues? Yeah yeah yeahs do we any pictures video stuff? Hey one? You said the elevators, no
03 little no, Little Stranger, only elevators, right, Cassidy and Dolly Rods. Oh there's nothing in there from either of those two. Well, so play the bands, Well they're a duo, they're not a band. Or a duo. They're called Little Stranger. They were cool as hell. Everybody's gonna have to go to my podcast and check out their interview. We were laughing the whole time. Uh, we were inside their their r V, you know, backstage in the r V, not the tour of us, but the RB RB is cooler because it's like they're more intimate, you know, and and it's better sound anyway, because when you're on their tour buses, the air is so loud, like you can't hear anything except the air condition. But they were they were cool dudes. They're like a hip hop reggae duo and they were like the coolest dudes ever, Like they're my friends for life. Go check out that interview. And then there was this other band I interviewed, like right on the waterway in West Mom because it's festival.
15 It's on Flackler so it's along the waterway and they even have like the party barge. There's a barge there that it gets pretty wild, like what happens on the SunFest BArch stays on the SunFest March that. Yeah, I like it. I went I went there every night, did you? But no drinking, No drinking. No drinking. No drinking. Although wait, I'm telling a lie. I'm telling a lie. Why in that RV with Little Stranger Because of the mental anguish of the interview, we all did a shot. Everybody a shot before the interview. They offered me. I said no, and then after the interview it was some Herodora Yay funny the photographer that was with me. That photographer got buzzed off of that shot of Herodora.
20 Me, who doesn't drink like rarely, I ain't getting buzz at all. It's some one shot lightweight and I hope I hope this person's listening because I'm calling you out right now. You're a freaking lightly so. Yeah. I couldn't turn them down the second time they asked, you know, because that would just be rude. So and some of the best interviews to involve alcohol on the band's end. Get Did I ever tell you about the interview at Airborne Rebel Do you know about that? I don't remember Airborne? Oh yeah, so Airborne and it's this Australian band and they did an interview before me that was with this bourbon guy. He's had He's at all the festivals in Kentucky and basically they get drunk plaster and then I'm the next interview and they were like so drunk, shrug drug drug to where they started doing instead of the interview. It was funniest ship. I couldn't stop laughing. They did their impression of a New York baseball announcer. I remember now. Yeah, they were dude like did that cut out? Did y'all get that like
55 a robot? Yeah? And it's telling that because now that's a cliffhanger. They were trying to call like they were pretending to would call in the baseball game during the interview. That story. M hm, that was a good one. Mm hmm. I mean we can barely hear you. You're breaking up? Are you going through one of those patches? Do we sound like chipmunks again? Because you sound like a butt? Am I sound like a robot? Now? No? Do I? Yeah? Okay, he's back to that looking away. It's paused on the back to not quite. Are you gonna go to any of these festivals? I'm hoping that we're playing some thing for Alotted in life or a lotted in Life. That's one of my favorite ones. And where is that one? It's up in Kentucky. Okay, And can't it say Louisville wrong when you're up there, because they will correct you a lot. Low Bill, you what happened? No? No?
30 Yeah? Good? Okay, good. So we were talking about yea we would like to go to what about you? One? I haven't been invited to Winnie, so I don't know. Ah, you have to actually say which ones you want to? Yeah, yeah, you gotta be a little bit more proactive. Go you hear all the commercials. Which one would you want to go to? All those commercials, I don't know. I would have to hear them again, back to back to see which one sounds more interesting. All right? Okay, well remember the states that they're in. Because Bourbon and Beyond and Louder than Life are in Kentucky. Incarceration is up in Ohio. Right, yes, at right, that's my man's favorite.
25 Uh, the present part. Let's see there's rock Oklahoma clearly and Oklahoma help me with here, guys. There's so many fire it's just fun to watch your struggle. Actually, there's there was some sunfast you figured out. What I want to want is the Dolly Rocks reels that I have set up there, read me the titles of them. Are you so we have taking Risks? Is it worth it? Unpacking the Fear of Failure? And then the other one is opening for Joan Jet, the unforgettable show that tops my career. Okay, so I'm gonna let you pipe nuts vote which one of those three do you want to hear right now? Taking Risks? You know what, play them all one or I'll play them both and then bring us back and then we'll go to the next one. What So, this is just like, why would you suggest? At Respectable Street and West pom Meets one of my favorite venues. It was way cool. We got to sit and talk with them, have fun, right show And here's here's highlights from
59 the whole interview, but you can check out the whole airview The Adventures of pipe In on any podcast outlet or Pipeman in the pit roll it on. It was like, why would you suggest that that's so not responsible to you got your whole life to be responsible. Like, the worst thing that happens is you have to like save up and ride a bus back home, right, I mean, that's the time to take the chance, that's the time to take the shot. You know. I mean, okay, there were worst things that could happen. But if you've got your head on straight and you're serious about your art and you really want to work on it, then I think you should do it. So now in your whole career, all right, here you go as the second one. So now in your whole career, can you remember one show in particular that's like, let's talk about that first one real quick. Okay, So what we're talking about basically is, you know, when you're in your twenties, are the times to take those risks when when the people are always saying get a real job, or there saying treatment give up your goals? Me hear that shit? Now?
13 Well yeah, probably now it probably it's probably appropriate for him. Now it's never appropriate. I don't care if you're seventy years old that it's never somebody the guy doing my hair he asked me which by way, But what's that? Oh wow, a guy was doing your hair. Yeah. His name is Paris. It's Paris hair. He rocks. He's like one of the most positive people to get your hair done by. I just love his positive attitude. You go there and he makes you feel like a rock. Star, he said. Last time he did my hair before I left for Costa Rica. He's like, you gotta bring the blueback. Man, you're a fucking rock star. How long does that stay in? Is that permanent?
01 It's permanent, but you know it depends, like I won't let water touch it for at least five days. Wow, you're gonna be nice and smelly, but I'm still gonna take it a shower. I'll just go some dreads and then some of the some of it comes off on towel, Like when I travel, I have to bring my own towel, my own pillowcase, my own you know, stuff like that, because it will leave a mark everywhere until it kind of settles in. That's why you don't want do the water to it. It'll fade out. Real question. I can make it last like a month, but it can last as short as a few days if you don't do the right things. Like going surfing. Not a good idea. But I know I won't be surfing in the next few weeks, so or maybe I will. Who doesn't. You just never know. So yeah, he was saying. He was saying something to me about Okay, so do you have any new dreams or whatever, and like you always have to have dreams, you always have to have goals. I'm a big believer too, if if you get all your goals that you're thinking at that moment in time, then you have to constantly replace them with something else. To me, that's my mental health therapy as well. That along with the music.
30 It's like, you know, if you always have something to look forward to, life and everything that throws at you is going to be much better in my opinion, what do you think, Yeah, absolutely, I've got a vacation planned. I imagine your life is just like a revolving vacation excitement and yeah. So that's what's interesting is there's two sides of it. Like I talked to this about this on an interview as a matter of fact of you know, people look at you doing this stuff, and there's the good part. What about the bad part? Everything else good and bad parts to it, you know, And that's why in music, look at all these artists that you would think they have the life of their dreams and they have mental health anguish. And look at all the suicides we've had even in the past few years alone from the music artists that you would think they had it.
31 Yeah, so what's that about. If anybody's out there having any kind of bad thoughts or harmful thoughts to yourself, please call nine to eight eight. It is a free call and someone will be on the other end of that line to listen to you. Hey, look at my lunch. Can you see my lunch? What is that? Lunch? Slugs? Looks like the blood of demons? It kind of is Is you need that for? Welcome to Rockville? Which one? So this is this is basically my protein drink from doctor Jeffori is my natural path, talked about a lot on the show, and she's the one that helped me reverse my diabetes. And so this is a protein drink. All that's in here is she has this supplement powder that goes in here and some protein powder all vegan, and then I put frozen blueberries. I put some uh, i'm in i'm in cashew butter in there, and that's about it. Make you feel good? Does it give you energy? And like what is it? What do you feel?
55 It just helps Like people have so many stomach problems. I used to have a ton of them. I don't have them anymore. It also helps with the sugar. It helps with the heart. It just makes you feel good and healthy. How many send me that link later? I want to try it? How many grams are protein in that bottle? Uh? Don't? I don't know. I have to think. Can you put can you? Can you put vodka in it? If you'd like? It would kind of counteract everything else though, Right? All right? Is that bottle plastic?
36 Okay, it's for the road trip. For the road trip. But don't you have a cup I know for a fact that you should wear if I good clean it? That Actually I'll I'll send you a picture. I actually probably have a picture on my phone. That cup that you're talking about is sitting right by the uh sink. But I special with other special cups. So are we talking at lettic cups? We're talking about a main cup in particular. Yeah, but you see that's supposed to be your travel cup to take with you. Yeah, but they're I have to clean it. Do you know how messy this crap is? That's why I brought this because then I could just throw it away. Well, thank god for you helping the planet there. What you need to do is get a reusable b P a free bottle, that you can take in and you can rinse it out with other waters or wherever. It's just you're putting all healthy stuff in a plastic bottle here. Yeah, you're right. When you're right, you're right.
52 I have to say I don't. I think in like twelve years that's the first time I've said you're right. So you should record that. I don't know about you, guys, but I useter clip there. You gonna see one too. Well it's got what no plastic? No plastic bottles. Mine is aluminium. Ah okay, well, yeah, I was robed. My mental health has taken a hit. Now I feel really bad for the turtles. You gotta feel bad for the turtles. Don't feel bad. Just do something better. It's all good. Make sure you recycle it. I promise I'll be better, rebel. I promise. Let's roll that another one.
47 We have three reels for Cassidy. Well, let's do one of the other. Let's do the other DOLLI rob on and okay, we'll do the second dollar rods? Which one did we played first, the taking risk one? Right? Yes, okay, so we'll play the other one. Here we goes. So now in your whole career. Can you remember one show in particular that's like your favorite that you've done. I was to say no, but but one just like flew into my head and it's definitely in the tops. We were on Blackhart Records and we played Peer Peer something, one of the big peers. They had this like summer concert series, and so we opened for Jone Jet. Wow. I love Jone Jet. I yeah, oh yeah, had all kinds of nice things to say about Jon Jets.
43 So tune into that interview and you'll hear everything. And it's interesting. Now she said fly in because if you go to the interview, there's some secret talk about Jeff Goldplube and the Fly. Who let's see who on this team here. It's not familiar with what I just said with Jeff old Bloom and the Fly, I'm familiar with it. I did that show a Universal for a while. It was a show. Yeah, they had the fly Pods at Universal for a while and the horror makeup show. I did that show for a while at Universal. Can you hear you guys know, can't read your lips? It was the name of the movie. It was a Fly.
37 I remember the name the Fly. Oh, I remember the movie The Fly, the one went Jeff gold Bloom. Yeah, now it's gonna be I can't remember who Jeff was, but now that you said the Fly, now I remember. Yeah. Right man, we can't hear you came brolin. All right, it's about that time to roll it. I think the clip? What now does he mean roll like the show? Or okay, I'll wrote one of the Cassidy ones. Here goes. Anything else you want to share with the listeners that we haven't covered that might be important for them to know that's going on with you. I mean you covered a good amount.
22 Yeah, the album coming out, and I you know, I wrote it. I wrote a lot of the songs on the album with a fellow West Palm Beach native, Valley Tamposi, who's a big songwriter. Now, so there's a lot of you know, hometown love on the album and obviously ending the tour here means a lot. So you did a good job. Awesome, awesome. What time are we at right now? One? We are at one second left on the show. We have one second left of the show. Fight man, be safe on the road too, the Wonderful festival. You guys be cool. Hey, it's all good.
